Spring breakers frequent Acapulco because the city is known for its nightlife. There are many nightclubs and beach cars that attract young tourists. The drinking age in Mexico is also 18 which is another reason why college students flock to Acapulco.

While Acapulco is famous for being a Spring Break destination, there are many other things to do for travelers off all ages. You can go sail fishing while you are there in the warm waters. Bungee jumping and cliff diving are a favorite activity of many tourists, as well. It is not difficult to see why so many people return year after year to spend their vacation time in Acapulco. It truly has something for everyone.
